The 3rd Alabama Infantry and the 21st Alabama both had companies from Mobile militia organizations. Three which come to mind (not looking at my notes) are Mobile Cadets (Co K, 21st), Washington Light Infantry (Co A, 21st), and Mobile Rifles (Co E, 21st, aka Woodruff Rifles).
