I had 2 relatives that signed up with Co. I, under Captain Calvert in Wayne County, MS to serve in the 36th AL. I think I recently found their graves at Magnolia Cemetary, Confederate Rest. Although the names are misspelled, the death dates are on key. They are Joseph John Blackledge and his stepson John W. Steelman. I found the graves originally on www.fightingjoewheeler.com.
