Hello. Why don't you just write me directly.
If you are in the state of Arkansas or nearby, I would believe you may connect.
There are lost connections and I have no idea where they went, and in fact I am probably the only one who would care.
My gg set of the Walter D. Bayne (b. Virginia, 1812) and Emily Buck Bayne formerly of Shelby County, Tenn. are buried here in Lonoke. They had to leave Tenn. and went to Kentucky during the Civil War.
My g grandparents Dee (1861-1930) and his sweet wife
Appie(1870-1943) Pearce Bayne are are buried at Mulberry just outside of England. Dee raised cattle and sold his cattle to the King Ranch in Texas. He also ran a cotton gin way back doing well for the times.
They all believed in not telling everything they knew so no one said anything hardly about the past.
Like I have said, if someone in the family had this wild tale of the family having once been pirates, then you probably connect to this set.
It is very possible you are a long lost cousin so feel free to write.
Linda
