A posted picture front and back and just about anyone can tell you if its a copy. For starters if its not a lead filled stamped sheet brass with two round oval studs called puppy feet and a hook to attach it to a belt, then its a copy. Cost of a good original might run 30K. There's a good number of repro's out there. The David Purdue copy is one of the best and some of them have been made to look like an original, but he had the face made with a slight change from an original. If you paid very little for it, you've probably got a copy.
