Three years later, same flag shows up, again at Heritage, this time washed! In Dec, 2010, sells for 53K. Who took a 120k bath?

The auction description notes a "sister" flag in small TN museum. By the tag on the face, as well as the uniquely crooked saltire, you can see these are all the same flag.

Now it's donated??!!
