Alan, more on Teague, he was a Captain in the 29th, whose first Colonel had been Zeb Vance's brother, so Teague got his Home Guard Commission fairly soon after he recovered from his Chickamauga wound. Teague had a number of former members of the 29th with him in his Home Guard as well.
