Re: Excerpts from Jackson County Paper 1883-1885

The book, The Early History of Jackson County, from writings of J.N. Wilson, page 314, indicates that Company C., 18th Georgia Volunteer Infantry (Jarrett's Company) indicates two men with the surname Worsham. They are W. W. and J.L. Worsham. The Captain of Company C was a relative of my GG Grandmother, Eldora Jarrett

Page 289, of the above book indicates that a W. A. Worsham served as Coroner of Jackson County from 1879-1894 (Note W. A. was the Coroner that investigated the death of my Great Grandmother, Emaline Hardy Eubanks)

Page 291.W. A. Worsham served as Tax Collector for years 1861-63. Page 300, W. A. was elected as a Judge of INFERIOR Court in 1861 other Judges of the Court were H. C. Giddens, J. W. Hardy, Henry Hosch, and Jas. Lindsey. (My GG Grandfather, J.H. Vandiver served as a judge 1854-1857)
