Mr. Joslyn, sorry to be so late in reply to your Aug. 8th e-mail. James Harlow from Chattooga County, Georgia. It appears Captain Harlow was in Company E before commanding Company H. Five other men named Harlow are on the rosters of the fore named companies. I assume they are related to James Harlow. I have no specific knowledge of Captain Harlow's participation in the "March to the Sea," campaign. I can provide you with a post war summery of the dates and locations of the 6th Georgia's engagements during the campaign. Plus, I have a few other accounts of the regiment's activities during that time frame.
