Alan: The available GMI records cover a couple years, but those catalogs cover all 4 classes. If your Alabamian stayed 3+ years, he's probably on one of the lists (which I have, BTW). If he stayed just a year, it'll be 40-60 he won't be on the lists. I'd be happy to look up a name for you.

Regarding your larger question, yes there are lots of college catalogs out there. Centre College in KY has a great one online, as does U of Louisville Med School. Google books has the U of MS, UNC, Norwich U. UGA has one online. UVA, UGA, UMS, UAL, UNC are all online. The Spring Hill College (Mobile AL) is in print. Emory has a book of its graduates, only, but most of these books include ALL matriculants. The ones I particularly miss, and which don't seem to exist, are for Transylvania U. and for U of SC matriculants. Centenary is another one we only have grads for.

I have pretty much any pre-war military school catalog that exists. Bruce
