I wanted to add something about Buster.
*In October, I viewed Colonel JJ Clarkson's lost Order Book. It surfaced eight years ago. There is no copy of this information. There are about 15 orders in it along with various other information.
Clarkson saved Buster from capture. Two days before the catastrophe, Clarkson orderd Buster out of camp.

Special Order No 14 - Headquarters Camp Riley, July 1, 1862
Captain MW Buster will take command of the detail as specified in special general order No. 5, report to Col Stand Watie, join him and assist in breaking back the enemy in annoying them to extent of ability.
