Would that order book contain any details about the organization of the individual companies of Clarkson's battalion, such as when & where recruited, and when attached to his battalion (he didn't get all at once)? And have you, by the way, uncovered any similiar details about Livingston's command? Clarkson claimed in his report of operations (submitted in 1864 after his release from prison) that Livingston's command was attached to his battalion in the summer of 1862 (report is in SOR).
