Re: 1st. Mo.Cav. 1st. Mo.Brig. CSA

Judy Cloyd, I purchased my copy from Camp Pope Book Store in Iowa but the publisher Two Trails Publishing ,113 West Lexington , Independence, MO 64050 , ph. 816-252-9909 is also the marketer. I have just purchased a motor home in which I intend to follow the path of my Grandfather John Basil Greenwell who was also a Confederate Medal of Honor winner although there was no medal just a piece of ribbon worn on the right lapel. He named his first two sons Josuah Gates Greenwell and my father Francis Cockrell Greenwell and his sister Varina Greenwell after Jeff Davis wife and the two men he served under ,little over board perhaps . He was after the war the sheriff of Montgomery County Missouri very rapid on the draw , which you had to be then......11/100's of a second and hit a 1" bullseye at 25 '. Harvey Franklin Greenwell
