The March 31, 1862 Daily Missouri Democrat article had just what I was seeking.
Pleased to find detail on Herman Nolte's death. Instead of the expected Captain McFadden and Sergeant Wilson the article mentions Lt. Hookwright and Sergeant Moody in command of 28 men. Also surprised to see Morsey there to providing reinforcement.

Mention of the Henderson camp and fort are new to me. They are described as being in the hills near Marthasville. Thinking that could only be north or east of Marthasville. Possibly between Marthasville and the Briscoe farm? Do you have any information on their location?
