There are a lot of errors in the CWS&S, do not take it as the gospel, but rather use it as a research tool. I would ask Mr. Alan Pitts about the possible service and ordering records.

He could have made a mistake on his pension files about the number 2 or 3. These fellows were old and memory was going bad, and doun't forget the horrors that had lived through.
