Aahhhh . . . you now understand my confusion. This was the other picture that I had in mind. We may never know who these people were. Knowing that they are from General Starke's command helps somewhat. Knowing by way of field maps what units were sent into which battles, knowing who were in the units and which units did not come back, one could possibly figure out collectively who these men are. Rick Bryant had suggested that the picture may have been just a sketch of an artists idea and not an actual picture. This sounds very plausible and I will maintain that idea.
