Glenn--give me your address and I'll mail you a photocopy. I suspect he wrote to that publication more than once but I have never looked except during the period of the Gettysburg campaign. The publication is I believe available on microfilm through interlibary loan. Here are few excerpts.

This is from his comments on their new camp with Rodes Division near Hamilton Crossing:

Lt. Thomas C. Land from the 53rd North Carolina reported that their encampment was “situated on a bluff, and overshadowed by many stately oaks, whose leafy bows protect us from the scorching rays of the sun by day, and the chilling effects of the dew by night, while pleasant breezes are almost always floating through the forest, invigorating our nerves and rendering the heat of summer less oppressive.” He added that they also “were blessed with a plentiful supply” of “pure” water.

this is from his account of the review of Rodes' Division by General Lee on May 29, which was their first chance to see their new division commander up close:

“Gen. Rodes is a fine looking man and I think well qualified to fill the position recently tendered him,” Lieutenant Land of the 53rd North Carolina remarked after catching a glimpse of him on the parade ground.
