I was at Floyd Bennett Field one St. Patrick's Day, when some kind young ladies of Queens took pity upon us poor lonesome Sailors and escorted us to Tootie's Bar. We consumed corned beef and cabbage and several adult beverages, keeping out the riffraff by charging those not of our party five bucks a drink! We did treat an italian Cop who wandered in to free drinks. He was Irish for the day. LOL Stan
