"To me, the posting just represents the inhumanity and cruelty of the war and the distrusting attitudes of one side for the other. I don't think I view such postings as "our side" or "their side".

Oh so well said! Looking again at the post and trying not to get caught up in politics real or imagined, it leaves me to wonder, OK, how did the metal pieces described get there, if made/formed/cast at an Arsenal, which one? Who would have ordered/designed the bullet in question, and if documentation is available, where could you find it?

Too many questions!
