The Gerows bought Tudor Hall from the Boisseau family in the late 1860s and moved to Dinwiddie County, VA, from New York. Descendants of the Gerows were still living in the house in the early 1990s when they sold it and some land with Confederate earthworks to the Pamplin family for the development of Pamplin Historical Park.
