Let me correct you on one small point, I didn’t chose the steel business, I had a wife and child I had to take care of, bills to pay, I did what had to be done. What protection we got, we bought, jeans, sleeves, gloves, shields, welding coats, boots etc. They supplied ear plugs, those little foam jobs that make a nice smell when hot steel hits them. Sometimes the protection is just to bulky or maybe sleeves and coats to hot to wear, we would just take our chances without them. The thing is some places all the protection in the world ain't gonna help; I have been burned on the bottom of my feet wearing steel toe boots.

Not so. Lawyers have in the last 5 years or so started lawsuits against asbestos manufactures, to be honest I haven’t gotten enough to buy the two of us a good steak and beer at a Salvation Army buffet. Another thing is I have my pride, you may not understand that but it is just the way I am. I was the one who gave it all and for that I take the responsibility. Don’t want their money.

Nah don’t need the casino jobs anymore, my working days are over, done in before I was 50. No more 12 - 16 hour days -- I can now spend my time harassing my good Yankee friend Cump.
