In the menu above "Message Index", click on "Set Preferences". On the "Set Preferences" page, if you want a list of messages according to date select, "List Style" - "Simple List", "Display Style" - "Single Message" and "Sort Order" - "Newest First". Finish by clicking on "Update Preferences".

If you'd like to view a threaded display go to the "Set Preferences" page and select "List Style" - "Threaded List", "Display Style" - "Single Message" and "Sort Order" - "Newest First". Finish by clicking on "Update Preferences".
