Bingo!!! We are seeing a very good almost rerun right now in the land of the movers n shakers. It's going to be a bumpy ride for a while. Most of the strife comes from Constitutional interpretation. I'm with Judge Vinson and the 11th Circuit. Though the 9th Circuit sees the Constitution with the almost oppisite set of glasses we still have individual states not caring what the court says, they do not want to comply. Just insert issue, it's the same game and result.
