I don't know the answer to that. Some of the captured artillery (particularly the guns from the Harriet Lane) were shipped east to be placed into service on Confederate ironclads that were in the planning stages. I suspect, but don't know for sure, that the manufactured guns you are talking about were placed into service in some of the very elaborate fortifications surrounding the city and fronting the Gulf of Mexico that were bult very soon after the Battle of Galveston.
