Grayson County 17 Feb 1864

Mrs. Mary J Bleden is the first name on the list from Grayson County dated 17 February 1864. There is only her name as the list only gives one name and does not list dependents.

The top of the list has the following statement.
" A list of Indigent women in Grayson County whose husbands are in the army or widows whose sons are in the army or have died in the army."

Grayson County has another list dated 13 Feb 1865 which gaves the name of the soldier and number of people who are dependant on him, plus remarks. I could not find Bleden or Gleason surnames, but there were some other surnames which might be close due to phonetic spellings, so I suggest you take a look at this book.
