Thank you for getting back to me so soon, I've ran out of blood relatives to do research on, so im working on the brothers and cousins of my great grandfathers second wife, she had several brothers and cousins who served with Wade's Cav., there last names were coffman and they served in Co's I and H. All of my research has been in mississippi and have been able to actually breeze thru getting records over the years. Can you tell me if the the state of alabama would have records on this unit since the boys were from alabama but in national service,,,hey whatever info or direction you could give me is always appreciated, doug culp scv 145
