Gage's Battery must have had a lot of broken down equipment since they had 6 Artificers listed on the roster! My 2nd great uncle, Thomas McGraw, was one of them. Blacksmithing must have run in the family because my 2nd great grandfather was also a blacksmith as was his his son.
