Some years back, I found a branding iron and have
kept it, thinking it could possibly be authentic;
since it is large, letters CS almost three inches
high, most likely for branding stock; I motored
to Gettysburg to compare it, and the workmanship
is identical to those in the museum there, only
much larger; has anyone seen any of these items or perhaps found any writings?
