Trying to locate relatives

Hello, I am seeking information on three of my great, great Uncles who were killed in the War. My family was originally from Bedford County, VA, but, my great, great, great Grandfather, John Preston, moved from Bedford County to Wilson County, Tennessee before the war. He had six sons who fought for the South and of the six, three were killed. The three killed were named James Steptoe Preston, Thomas Pleasant Preston and William Bowker Preston. I would be very grateful if anyone can find out any information on any of them. I'm pretty sure all three fought for Alabama Regiments. I believe James Steptoe Preston was single, but, Thomas P. Preston and William B. Preston were married and may have had children. I would also like any information as to where they could be buried? If someone could just point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it very much.
I know this is time consuming work and I thank you in advance.

A Son of the South,

John L. Preston
