records of soldiers who died from measles?

William and Wiley Malone were twins who were 15 years old on the 1860 Columbia Co., AR census, living in the household of their father Nathaniel Malone. Their niece, my grandmother, told me that they joined the Confederate army, but died of measles in camp before they ever saw a battle. I have searched for years for a military record for them but can locate no information. I have no doubt that this is a true story, because they do not appear on the 1870 census or on any census after this. Their older brother Edward Caloway (E. C.) Malone has military records in the 11th Arkansas Infantry and the 2nd Arkansas Infantry. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I might possibly find a record of their enlistment or any proof that they were actually in the Conderate army?
