Greg - The second Ga flag is located in a safe deposit box in Waynesboro Ga. It was made by ladies of Burke County at the beginning of the war as The Burke Sharpshooters ( Company D) was the color company. Its story is the heart of my book that will be published in February.I will also send you a photograph of the flag that I took that will be a separate print suitable for framing. A also have a photograph of the handwritten death certificate of an ancestor that was killed at Malvern Hill while carrying the flag as the Color Corporal.My book will be in full color.
