Stephen, No accusation intended. We're all trying to find all available sources to be a certain as we can about the location. Undoubtedly many have been over the area and developed their own theories. I'm not aware of conclusive evidence but I too have my opinion... which changes as I run across new information. The presence of artillery at the 'Hay Camp Action' may uniquely identify its location if artillery shells of the right size were found.
