Will do. The OR Series II Vol. 6 pg. 981 entry is interesting for the descriptions of the hospital wards in the main prison building and the two dwelling houses separate from the prison which were converted into a hospital. The document that perked my interest is from the Provost Files on the Missouri State Archives site F1608 pg. 164, the illustration which will go into a book I am working on. A local Ste. Genevieve Co. man was housed in Gratiot Prison and the Hospital about the same time of this February escape, he himself attempting to leave in a June '64 attempt. If you read the Provost document-let me know if you think the February escape was in the prison or from one of the dwwelling houses?
