I have read the OR record of the capture of members of the chilton clan by Maj. Bazeal F. Lazear, 12th MSM. Between the 24th and 28th August 1862 Lazear mentions capturing Andrew, Cedrick, Alexander, William, Joshua and Perry Chilton along the Current River near or at Chilton's Mill. Does anyone know where this Mill was and if so give me a reference to its location. Also what do we know about the Chilton's?
