You have the wrong Chilton's and the wrong locations.
The Chilton Mill you are looking for was on Jacks Fork of Current River.
The place where Eminence now stands was called Chiltonville on the old maps. Eminence was not where it is today during the Civil War. It was up near Round Spring.
The Yanks burned the Eminence near Round spring when Gen. Davidson's army went through in 1863. See John Bradburys article "This War is Managed Mighty Strange".
