My answer got cut off but Chilton Mill must have been up the Jacks Fork. Joshua Chilton had a farm reportedly across the Jacks from the present town of Eminence and just downstream. There is a Chilton Cemetery at that spot. It was Joshua's father who had the Chilton farm at Owls Bend and the family (there were a good many children) spread out from there.

So mark this one as probably a short distance downstream from modern Eminence on or near the Jacks Fork River. There were several mills of more recent vintage located just off of the river.
