Thanks for the help everyone! I think this is going to be a hunt for the proverbial needle in a haystack. The one thing I have working in my favor is that he was in the care of Rev. Lea. We have uncovered that he was a Baptist minister so at least we have a sparkle of hope that he isn't in a mass grave. Now if he could just have a tombstone or be on a cemetery list in one of those small towns. Thanks again!
