I am not arguing that there were not slaves who did revolt, but after reading your post I see only revolts of 20 slaves here and 30 there. Even if you count the most famous revolts of Nat Turner and John Brown, what are those numbers as a percentage of the total slave population compared to the 4,000,000 slaves recorded in the 1860 census?

Honestly you have more children running away from their parents today than you had slaves recorded as runaways in the 1860 census, or are repersented by these accounts of revolt. In all of the accounts that have been cited was there a total of more than say 2,000 slaves involved? Most of our criminal street gangs today are larger in numbers than these revolts.
