Wise words, Boz. An unemploymnt appeal hearing is a little like a trial in miniature. Witnesses are sworn, and all allegedly saw the same events. Getting a concensus is sometimes nearly impossible. The hearing officer at times has to conclude there is no agreement, just a preponderance of evidence, what a "reasonable person" would conclude. Sometimes it's fun, interesting or enlightening. Other times you want to shake everybody and tear your hair out. Battle reports are like that. Stan
