No, she doesn't have anything on this. The pensions for Baldwin County, Alabama are on their website and also we found a written list of those who applied and whether they were given one or denied. Her first husband did seem to have a problem staying around camp during roll call. He was listed AWOL a few times but then we did some calculating on their childrens births and it seems he just went home for a spell since he was stationed not far from their home. He was disciplined a few times and even spent time in a 'locked area'. It may well be that was one reason for the denial. We find no record of her second husband getting one but he may have died before they started handing them out. We do not know his financial situation so he may not have qualified because of his income then too.
