No Peter McCollum in the Revolutionary War Pension Index.

We have the following entry:

Boring, Isaac, N.C., Phebe, R1031: BLWt.14980-160-55

Isaac served from the state of North Carolina; Phebe, his widow filed application # 1031; BLWt means Bounty-Land Warranty Number 14980, for 160 acres, year 1855 [Act of 1855]

I do not know if the 'R' preceding the file number means rejected, or not. I suspect it does.
