You are still wrong. We have posted the conditions that South Carolina and the Federal government agreed to in exchange of the land. The title was not filed until 1841. Unless you can provide a document that proves the Feds had free and clear tile to this land without any conditions, then your argument is wasted. Why don't you actually do the research yourself and learn instead of using Huddleson’s biased website to find the truth?
