You do not read very well. I never "justified" behavior of anyone in the above posts. And you never explained the distinction between the mass burials at Ft. Wagner and any other battle. The only "insult" I am aware of is the Confederates buried officers alongside private soldiers at Ft. Wagner.

You seem to be worked up about insults, yet you overlook the elephant in the living room. What subject matter in this thread was more inhumane and insulting than the war crimes at Camp Douglas?
