Scott, Karen just fwded the picture of my grt-grt-grdfather,C.B. Horton;25th Tx. Cal.,Co.I,you took and I THANK YOU very much for that taking this picture for I have been unable to travel to Jefferson Barracks to take a picture of his tombstone.I just wish most of my family where still alive to see it! His resting place was not discovered until 1959 by my uncle. In my family lore they had known he was dead but no one knew where he was buried. It was just known that he went to war and never returned. So you have contributed much to my family! THANK YOU so much!! Oh! Before I forget I think you have him listed as C.G. Horton but should be C.B.
