On my GGGrandfathers muster role late 1863 said he was on "detatched service Camp Washington" He was a private 6th Texas cavalry Co. G. any info on where, what this was would be, I haven't been able to find any thing. Also did the 6th adopt the 9th's colors after Hatchee Bridge, I have found stories where the flag had to be abandoned there. Thank You
