Well, we're starting to get a little off track here, perhaps owing to the errant subject line. I was trying to differentiate between Moorman's Battalion and the 24th Mississippi Battalion, which basically was that Moorman's increased to 6 companies from 4, on 24 Jan 1865. Most of your list of battles concerns Moorman's, NOT the 24th, and while I have not checked on the exact location of the 24th Battalion in April 65 beyond Battles and Leaders and Sifakis' Compendium, both say Selma.
