Re: John H. Parker, Dawson's 19th

Do you know if there has been DNA completed on this John H Parker family line or if he had a son named John Parker born abt 1856? I am searching for my 3rd great grandfather, John Parker, born abt 1856 either in AL or AR (a census states AL and another states AR) . I am wondering if his father got killed in civil war for AR. I cannot find any records in AL and only record in AR I can find is 1880 census for Richland, Lee County, Arkansas. John Parker, born in AL and living with his wife, Franses Medows, her father Harry C Medows, and her siblings; Elendor, Cardelia, & Mary Medows. Other later censuses have my 3rd gr grandfather's name listed as John H. Parker and John W. H. Parker. After 1880 and before 1893, he moved to a very (less than 400) small town (Woodville) in Greene County, IL that already had many Parkers living there and Parkers in the town next to that town (Kane) and that Parker line migrated to that town abt 1832, but I cannot connect him to any of that Parker line. He has to be related somehow! The only POSSIBLE connection I have found is an AJ (born 1832 AL) & Sarah (1835 GA) Parker, w/children..JH (born 1851), JM, TM (or FM), and RL, that shows up on the 1870 census in Woodville, Greene, IL, but left before 1880. Any help would be greatly, greatly!! appreciated.
Thank you for any help you can give.
