As you know toward the end of the war the 12 Regiments of the Georgia Militia were turned over to the CSA. So the State re-organized the milita to take over local police and patrol duties with whatever man power they could find. The Militia for Troup county was probably the unit his was in. Good luck finding a Muster roll for it. I can give you the command structure for that unit.
