My second apology is to the forum for turning this thread into a genealogy matter. But I must thank other researchers that gave me images of the original records.

I have a text summary of his military service, 13 images relating to his pension application, 16 images relating to his service record and resignation, plus obituary, death certificate and gravestone photo.
