Based on the response to date, I believe there is a valid requirement for the subject message board. I forsee a need to restrict it primarily to the Civil War and the area west of the Mississippi, and in order to do this, would use the present title and add Civil War before it and in the west after to make it "Civil War Guerillas, Partisans, Irregulars, etc. in the west".
