George, I can't seem to get over to the SHAPE board. This is an article that I found on-line while researching the life of Thomas Jefferson. Copy and paste it on SHAPE if you think it would be of interest to your members. Thought I am proud of my Eastern Kentucky Unionist background, we are still of the same culture and most of us..Union and Confederate...have had ancestors in the US for ages...we should as Chase said, rebutt these canards on our heritage. Glad you liked the post, it wasn't about the Civil War but when I saw that about Jefferson and Sally, I just had to respond with this information that I had found. I am very interested in reading books and on-line about our founding fathers.
